Well... yesterday we said goodbye to Logan. He is getting adopted, along with his older brother and sister, to a loving family. There was a chance that they would be split up to give them a permanent home in a reasonable amount of time, but then this awesome family stepped up and wanted to adopt all three kids. What a blessing!

Meanwhile their biological mother had another one on the way and gave birth 2 days ago to a little girl. Unfortunately she had to come into the foster care system, and Erin and I have decided to take her in. She is a beautiful little girl, and the plan is... we are going to care for her this week, then she will be in respite care while we are in Disney World. Then we'll reassess whether we feel like we can continue to care for her with our baby on the way.

Who would have thought that the day after we give Logan away, we take in his newborn sister. We will just have to see what the Lord has in store for us.
