Today, Bohdan received the seventh gift on his advent calendar. He got a ball... with eyeballs! Boh was happy enough to get this ball. As soon as he opened it, he even told us what he had gotten, "Ball, ball, ball!" You see he repeats words until you say it back to him. I guess that's his way of confirming you know what he's talking about.

So inevitably he threw the ball (as he does with most things) and we realized that the ball lights up when it bounces. Bohdan really loved that! So he spent the next 5-10 minutes just throwing it around and laughing as it blinked and changed colors with every bounce. He is really loving his advent calendar. Today he just sat down at his play table pointing at his calendar over and over saying, “pra…” which we gathered to be boh-ese for present.
